Domaine de la Monardière – Les Calades – Red wine made from Cinsault, Counoise, Grenache grapes grown organically in prestigious areas around Vacqueyras. The grapes are harvested at an early ripeness. The grapes macerate for 8 days and ferment with natural yeasts. Both fermentation and subsequent aging are done in concrete tanks, without the addition of sulfites. The wine is bottled in the spring after the harvest.
