Domaine de l’Eglisette – Clair obscur -Red wine is made from Merlot, as well as Syrah, Grenache Noir and Cinsault. The grapes are destemmed after harvest and lightly crushed. Fermentation takes place under temperature-controlled conditions to preserve the fruitiness and aromatic characteristics of each grape variety. The aging is done in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled in the spring after the harvest.
