Domaine de l’Herbe Sainte – Syrah – Red wine is a red wine made from 100% Syrah. The grapes are removed from the bunches immediately after harvest and then fermented at controlled temperature. Then follows the malolactic fermentation. The whole process according to the classical method. The wine is stored on cement tanks, lightly clarified and filtered before being bottled.
