“L’Emotion” Gros Manseng Sauvignon is made from 80% Sauvignon grapes and 20% Gros Manseng grown in clay soil. The grapes macerate with the peel for 6 to 12 hours before removing it. The “grape pulp” is then kept refrigerated for another 8 to 10 days before the fermentation process starts and then runs for another 20 days. The wine is stored in steel tanks for 2 months before being filtered and then bottled.

“L’Emotion” from Domaine Perréou is an aromatic white wine (boxwood and spices) produced from Sauvignon and those of southwestern France so typical Gros Manseng grapes. A very good white wines suitable for aperitif and gambas shrimp.
