Cuvée Alexandra, which takes its name from the family’s daughter Alexandra, is produced from 20% Syrah, 50% Nielluccio, 30% Sciaccarello grapes. The vinification is done in conical stainless steel vats. The fermentation is long to optimize the extraction of aromas. This is followed by malolactic fermentation according to the traditional method in concrete vats. Aging is done 50% in oak barrels for 12 months and 50% in concrete vats. The wine is then put together before bottling.
