Cuvée Alexandra, named after the family’s daughter, Alexandra, is made from 100% Vermentinu grapes. On Corsica, Vermentino is spelled with “u”. Many Italian words ending with an “o” are the same in Corsica but spelled with a “u” in Corsica. Cuvée Alexandra is fermented at low temperature (18 °) and stored on glasscovered concrete tanks.
