Domaine de Terrebrune’s red wine is made of 85% Mourvèdre, 10 % Grenache and 5% Cinsault. The grapes grow on 25-year old vines. The grapes are picked from the bunches after the harvest and the fermentation takes place in steel tanks between during 15-21 days with regular stirring (remontage). The wine is then transferred to oak barrels and is stored for 18 months before being bottled.
