Domaine de Terrebrune’s rosé wine is made of 60% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache and 20% Cinsault grapes. The grapes are harvested at complete maturity, each grape variety separated from the other . The grapes are picked from the bunches and are immediately pressed before the fermentation is carried out at low temperature during 15-20 days. The wine is stored in steel tanks until it stabilizes naturally and is then bottled.
