The white wine from Domaine de Terrebrune is made of not less than 40% Clairette, 20% Ugni blanc, 20 % Bourboulenc, 10% Rolle and 10% Marsanne grapes. The grapes are harvested, each grape variety separated from each other at complete maturity. The grapes are picked from the bunches and are pressed before the fermentation which takes place at low temperature during 15-20 days. The wine is stored in steel tanks until it has stabilized naturally and is then bottled.
