Origines from Domaine de Vénus is a juicy and very charming red wine made from 95% Carignan grapes from older vines (Vieilles Vignes) and 5% Syrah. A wine to drink for most occasions when you just want a really good red wine!

Domaine de Vénus – Origines – Côtes Catalanes is a red wine made from 95% Carignan vieilles vignes and 5% Syrah. The harvest is done by hand and the grapes are picked from the bunches. The fermentation is short and takes only 10 days at 18-20 °. The following malolactic fermentation is done in a steel tank.
