Domaine de Vénus – Tentations – Côtes du Roussillon is a red wine made from 60% Grenache from 50 years old vines, 30% Syrah from 10 years old vines and 10% Carignan grapes from 50-years-old vines. The harvest is done by hand and the grapes are picked from the bunches. The fermentation takes 15-25 days at 20-25 °. The following malolactic fermentation is done in steel tanks.
