Domaine des garriguettes – Côtes-du-Rhône – Red wine is produced from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The agriculture is organic with Demeter certification. The grapes are harvested and 95% of the harvest is picked from their bunches, 5% is used as whole bunches. The grapes are cool macerated before the fermentation process. Gentle extraction by pumping over (remontage) the must and then through delestage. The wine is produced naturally without any additives. The fermentation process lasts 25 days and the wine is then stored in concrete tanks on its lees. No filtration, which can cause some sedimentation in the bottles.
