Domaine des Tilleuls – Les Vénérables -Vieilles vignes – Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie – White wine is produced from 100% Muscadet. The grapes are picked from a selection of old vines, over 40 years old, with deep roots. The vines used for this cuvée grow in a schist terroir. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. The wine is then produced according to the classic method and the wine is long-aged on its lees to create complexity and roundness.
