Domaine d’Estoublon is a white wine made from equal parts of Roussanne, Marsanne and Grenache blanc grapes. The harvest is carried out by hand in the beginning of September. The grapes are pressed without adding sulphites during the fermentation, nor yeast. The grape juice is fermented in steel tanks and 3/4 parts of the wine is then let to mature in oak barrels. The remaining 1/4-part matures in concrete tank before blending and bottleling the final wine.
