Domaine du Poujol – Le Haut Poujol – Red wine is produced from no less than 5 different grape varieties; 45% Grenache noir, 25% Carignan, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre and 5% Cinsault. The vinification is done according to the classic method and the wine is then matured for 12 months in oak barrels.
