“Petite Envie” from Domaine Eric Gelly is a red wine made from no less than 20% Pinot noir, 20% Marselan, 20% Carignan, 20% Syrah and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from 25-year-old vines. The wine is produced according to the classical method with regular “délestage” and “remontage”. The finalized wine is then stored for 4 months on steel tanks before being bottled.
