Domaine Fontaine du Clos – Vacqueyras – Castillon – White wine from the southern Rhône valley made from Grenache, Roussanne and Marsanne grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of August, early in the cold mornings and are then pressed immediately as soon as they enter the wine cellar. The fermentation is carried out at low temperature (15/17 ° C) and the wine is then transferred to oak barrels of 225 liters and 450 liters to be stored there for several months.
