L’instant Tannay from Domaine Garnier & fils is made from 100% Pinot noir grapes grown on only 1.2 hectares of land around the village of Brinon-sur-Beuvron. After the harvest, the grapes are fermented in concrete yeasts with natural yeast for 18 days at + 25 ° C. The malolactic fermentation is carried out to 100%. The wine is stored for 13 months on oak barrels with their base rate. No clearing or filtration before the wine is bottled.
