1744 from Domaine Gaujal is made from 100% Picpoul grapes grown in the area around l’Etang de Thau in Languedoc. The grapes are harvested by hand at perfect maturity. The vinification is done according to the classic method and then stored on oak barrels. The wine is bottled in February the year after the harvest.
