Picpoul de Pinet from Domaine Gaujal is made from 100% Picpoul grapes grown in the area around l’Etang de Thau in Languedoc. The grapes are harvested by hand at perfect maturity. The vinification is done according to the classic method at low temperature to create the best possible freshness. The wine is bottled in February the year after the harvest.
