Burgundy Aligoté from Domaine Germain père & fils is a lively fresh white wine with aromatic hints of lemon and vanilla. A soft and full-bodied wine to serve as an aperitif, or with various fish dishes or to oysters.

 

Domaine Germain – Bourgogne Aligoté – White is made from 100% Aligoté grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and the vinification is done according to the classic method. The wine is stored on its lees before being bottled. This,  to obtain a rounder character, extract aromas and obtain a better concentration.
