Domaine Germain père & fils – Pommard “La Chanière” – Red wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and the vinification is done according to the classical method. The wine is stored for 15 months on oak barrels, of which 35-40% new barrels, before bottling. The yield is 48HL / ha and 5,000 bottles are produced / year.
