Domaine Germain père & fils – Saint Romain “Le Jarron” – White wine is produced from 100% Chardonnay. The grapes are picked by hand and the wine is produced according to the classic method. The finalized wine is stored for 8-9 months in oak barrels (of which 1/3 in new barrels) with its lees and stirred regularly (batonnage) for 4 months. The extraction is 45 hl/ha and 18,000 bottles are produced per year.
