Domaine la Croix Belle – Le champ des Lys – White wine is produced from 50% Viognier 20% Grenache blanc, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Sauvignon. Vinification according to the classic method at low temperature. 5% of the wine has been in oak barrels to contribute complexity and a slightly fatter structure. The wine is stored for 6 months in steel tanks on its bottom with regular stirring (bâtonnage).
