Centenaire from Domaine Lafage is a dry white wine made from 80% Grenache blanc and 20% Roussanne. The wine is grown on the hills of Canet en Roussillon right in front of the Mediterranean. The harvest is done manually in two passages. The grapes are cleaned when they are brought in to the winery. The fermentation is done with regular stirring (batonnage), then storage on the lees for a few months. 70% of the wine is stored in a steel tank and 30% in new oak barrels.
