Domaine Lolicé “Cuvée Evasion” is made of Cinsault-, Syrah, -Grenache- and Tibouren grapes. The ripe grapes are harvested early in the morning to keep the grapes as fresh as possible. They are slightly macerated to give a light pink color and they are then pressed before initiating the fermentation.
