Champagne Louis Brochet Extra noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the areas “Les Chaillots” and “Les Hautes Vignes”, classified 1er Cru in the vineyard’s best Pinots Noir plantations. The wine is vinified in oak barrels that are made of wood from the forest in Ecueil. The oak aging gives the wine complexity, power and fullbodyness, which is balanced by the freshness of the grapes and the liveliness that is preserved by not carrying out the malolactic fermentation.
