“Rouge Garance” is made from 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache grown over 4 hectares of land. Farming is carried out biologically and no herbicides are used. Harvesting is done entirely manually. The grapes are picked from their bunches and let to ferment for 10 days at 16-24°C, after being firstly cold macerated for 48h. The storage is done completely without sulfites for 12 months in concrete vats and in oak barrels for 20% of the production.
