The white “Les Aurelien” is a relatively dry white wine mainly made out from Chardonnay grapes. The production occurs of course in a typical Burgundian way with a fermentation process that partly takes place in steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. The wine is then stored for 6-7 months in steel tanks and then in oak barrels before being bottled.
