Bunan – Moulin des Costes Carriage – Bandol is the winery’s flagship wine. It’s produced primarily from the, for Bandol typical,  Mourvèdre grape. The grapes are selected from the older vines (Vieilles Vignes) of the Moulin des Costes vineyard. They are then separated from the clusters and let to cool macerate before starting the fermentation which lasts 31 days. The final wine is put together during the month of December. The wine is partially aged in oak barrels.
