Bandol from Château la Rouvière is made from 90% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah. The grapes are grown in organically cultivated terraces on the slopes of Castellet in the south direction. The grapes are removed from their bunches after harvesting and the following fermentation is conducted for 21 days in large oak barrels. The final wine is, depending on the vintage, stored in oak barrels.
