Anghelifrom Donnafugata is made from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Aromatic elements of violet and tobacco. A palate with aromas of cherries with smooth tannins – suitable for grilled meat, game or tasty cheeses.

Angheli from Donnafugata is made from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes are grown in the southwestern part of Sicily in mineral clay, 350-400 meters above sea level. Merlot is harvested in late August and Cabernet in mid-September. The grapes are fermented after harvest for 11-13 days at 28 ° controlled temperature. The wine is transferred to French oak barrels and stored for 12 months. The wine is then bottled and stored for another 2 years before sale.
