Edouard Delaunay – Côtes de Nuits Villages – Les Combes is made from grapes coming from a selection of different plots located in the southern municipalities of the appellation (Corgoloin, Comblanchien and Prémeaux-Prissey). The terroir benefits from an ideal southeastern exposure, which gives this wine a high maturity.
The grapes are picked manually, cleaned and picked from their bunches (éraflage). 14-month’s of oak barrel storage with 20% new barrels.
