“Ceregio” is a Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore made of 100% Sangiovese grapes. The largest berries are selected at the harvest and are then placed in medium-sized steel tanks during the fermentation (10-15 days). The wine is then stored in either medium-sized steel- or concrete tanks before being bottled.
