Fina – Kebrilla – White wine is produced from 100% Grillo grapes. The grapes grow on the “occidental”, western part of the island, at 150-450 m above sea level. Some of the grapes come from vineyards along the coast, in front of the island of Mozia. It gives the wine a typically Sicilian character, reminiscent of the sea, summer winds and Sicilian citrus fruits. The harvest is done in August and 20% of the grapes are fermented in oak barrels and 80% in steel tanks. The wine is then stored with the same distribution – 20% in oak barrels and 80% in steel tanks.
