Folly by Mascaronne – Rosé is an organic rosé wine produced from Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. The wine is a new cuvée where basketball player Tony Parker takes on the role of winemaker and ambassador for Château La Mascaronne. Together with the winery’s team, he has helped put together “Folly” and at the same time contributes to the development of the brand and distribution of the wines internationally. The wine is produced using white wine technology, i.e. direct pressing before the fermentation process. Tony has been present during important moments in the production of the wine.
