“Aura” is made from Chardonnay, Souvignier and Grenache Blanc grapes. The harvest is done in the middle of September, early in the morning to keep the berries fresh. The fermentation takes place at low temperature, then the wine is stored in oak barrels on its lees with regular stirring (batonnage) to get its roundness and its characteristics.
