Fontaine du Clos – Côtes-du-Rhône – Red wine made from Grenache and Syrah grapes. The grapes are de-stemmed and then lightly crushed before being placed in steel tanks for approximately 2 weeks. Two daily pumpings (remontages) are done during fermentation, which gives the wine color, structure and aromas.
