Antiogu is an award-winning red wine produced from Bovale Sardo (Muristellu)-, Cannonau- and Monica grapes. An elegant and mellow Mandrolisai Superiore to pair with rustic meat dishes and the cheese board.

Antiogu from Fradiles is produced from Bovale Sardo (Muristellu)-, Cannonau- and Monica grapes. The wine is grown on the hills around Atzara, 550 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested in early October and the grape varieties are mixed and let to ferment together at controlled temperature for 15-18 days. The wine is stored in accordance with the rules for Mandrolisai Superiore which means that the wine is aged one year in steel tanks and an other year in oak barrels. The wine is then bottled and stored 3 more months.
