Azzara from Fradiles is produced from Bovale Sardo (Muristellu), Cannonau, Monica, and other grape varieties. The wine is grown on the hills around Atzara, 550 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested in October and let to ferment altogether at controlled temperature for 7 days. The wine is only stored in steel tanks without aging in oak.
