Fradiles from Fradiles is produced of Bovale Sardo (Muristellu), Cannonau, Monica, and other various other grape varieties. The wine is grown on the hills around Atzara, 550 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested in October and are let to ferment altogether at controlled temperature for 8-10 days. The wine is produced in steel tanks and then stored 6 months in oak barrels.
