Kerria from Garofoli is made from 100% Lacrima di Morro d'Alba. The grapes are harvested at full maturity and lightly pressed before macerating for 6 days and then allowed to ferment for 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation follows and takes about 20 days. The wine is stored for 4 months on steel tanks to mature before being bottled.
