Blanc de Blancs from Henriot is made from Chardonnay grapes from the prestigious “Cru” regions Mesnil sur Oger, Avize, Chouilly, Vertus, Montgueux, Trépail, Epernay and Région de Vitry. The wine contains 30% “vin de réserve”. The finalized wine is stored for 3 to 5 years in the wine cellars in Reims before being commercialized.
