Il Palagio – Message in a bottle – White is made from 84% Vermentino grapes, 14% Sauvignon and a little Trebbiano. The grapes are harvested between August 15 and September 10. They are then fermented at low temperatures (10-13 ° C) in steel tanks before bottleing the wine.
