Joseph Perrier – Cuvée Royale – Rosé is made from 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, of which around 10% red wine from the vineyard’s Cumières vineyards. The production is made from grapes from about 15 different “crus” in Verneuil, Cumières, Damery and Sacy. The wine contains approximately 20% reserve wine and has been aged for 36 months. The dosage is 7g/L.
