Joseph Perrier – Joséphine is made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from the best vines and is only produced the best vintages. The wine is a tribute to founder Joseph Perrier’s favorite daughter Joséphine. The grapes are grown in Ambonnay, Sacy, Cumières, Bergères-lès-Vertus and Le Mesnil-sur-Orger. The dosage is set to 5g/L.
