La Badiane “Mourvégué” – which is the old name of the grape variety Mourvèdre and is made from 100% Mourvèdre grapes. The grapes are picked from their bunches after harvest and vinified in steel tanks. The grapes are lightly pressed and are then stored in large oak barrels (foudres) on the lees for a “luxurious” 36 months. The wine is neither clarified nor filtered.
