“La Jasse” is an organic, full-bodied red wine from La Jasse Castel in Montpeyroux. The wine is made from 70% Syrah-, 20% Grenache- and 10% of Carignan grapes. Suits well to lamb meat, exotic dishes or game meat.

“La Jasse” from La Jasse Castel is an organically grown red wine from the appelationen Languedoc – Terrasses de Larzac, made from 70% Syrah-, 20% Grenache- and 10% Carignan grapes. The harvest is done manually and the fermentation is made slowly in steel tanks. The wine is then stored in oak barrels for one year – not to enhance the tannins, but the round of the natural tannins through micro-oxygenation (micro supply of ogygene through the oak barrels).
