Azienda agricola Taliano Michele – La Laboriosa – Barbera d’Alba Superiore is produced from 100% Barbera grapes. The grapes are grown from well-exposed vineyards in the area of Bossora, in the municipality of Montera, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. The low yield per vine, produces grapes that are ripe in the first half of October. After the fermentation, which lasts 15-20 days, the wine is put in oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation is carried out. The wine is aged for around 20 months before being bottled.
