Mignechi from Lagovuveri is made from 100% Nero d'Avola. The grapes are grown organically and harvested by hand. The vines are cut according to the typical Sicilian alberello , or the "small bush" method. After a classic vinification, the wine is stored for a year. The wine is then bottled and stored for a further 4-6 months. Annually 3,000 bottles of bottles are produced.
